We at Gail's Yarns, Hooks, and Needles do our best for our customers. We want to earn and keep your trust while providing you with quality yarn and beautiful tools with which to work it. If you need a quantity greater than what is in stock, or a color not offered, I can most likely order it and get it to you in a week or two, depending on the item. Please send us an email at once if there is a problem with your purchase, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Zip us the information by using the contact page. Refund/exchange/cancellation policy In the event that you receive your purchase but decide you don't want it, you have ten days to return the item, in original condition, at your expense, for a refund of the price of the goods. If your purchase is damaged or just wrong, let me know so I can fix it. I check email several times a day, which is how the contact page messages are delivered. Redeeming a Gift Certificate
The recipient of a gift certificate receives an email with the details of the gift, including an unguessable code to be used when they check out.
