Countries To Which We Ship
If you want to make a purchase but the country you live in is not listed in the checkout area of this store, please let me know and I will add it. It's quick and easy to do. I keep the list short to make it easier to read. Use the contact page and be sure to include the name of the country! I will be more than happy to make the change.
It should be possible to use your Visa or Master Card credit cards even for International addresses during check out. Also, PayPal is able to accept many types of payments on my behalf.
Regular Packing Info
All items are placed in plastic zip bags, and then most are boxed. The intent is to protect your purchases from moisture and breakage, and to protect yarn from being crushed or tangled.
Larger and smaller items are often shipped in bubble envelopes. The small items to save on postage, and the large items don't fit in my boxes!
Recycled newspaper pages and bubble wrap are used for padding as needed.
Your order is usually packed and shipped in 12 hours. We ship at least five days a week. The Post Office has assured me that no mail moves on Sunday, not even insicde the building, so I generally do not drop off mail on Sundays.

Domestic Shipping
Choose Regular Shipping: First Class (up to 13 ounces)/Parcel Post(over 13 ounces), or Priority Shipping. All domestic shipments have Delivery Confirmation and tracking number. If for some reason you do not receive this number, you are welcome to email and ask!
International Shipping
Choose First Class International (up to 4 pounds weight) or Priority International (over 4 pounds or when insurance is wanted). Shipments have a customs form number I will email to you - if I forget, ask me. Buying Priority shipping is a way to get extra security, if you think it might be necessary to your country.
