Gail's Yarns, Hooks, and Needles has been a ClearCart customer for a couple of years now, and it has been a positive and enjoyable experience.
ClearCart is beautiful and displays my products (knitting needles, crochet hooks, imported yarns) to their best advantage, subject only to may ability as a photographer. Switching over to ClearCart was so easy I kept wondering when the hard part would start - but there was no hard part.
ClearCart has improved my customers' experience. My site is fast and easy to navigate, has lots of pictures, and allows customers to create accounts so they can check on their order status and keep a wish list.
Any time I have questions or problems, I feel there's always a friend at the help desk, and me and my store are the only things they are concerned about. It's not true, of course, but that's how well "my tech support" takes care of my issues.
At the ClearCart website you can appreciate the picture of the cat, and download a free trial version. If you decide to get your own shopping cart by ClearCart, mention my name - I'll get a free month's hosting, and you will get my undying gratitude and a great way to make sales online.
